How do you ship and how much does it cost?
All US orders (including Puerto Rico) are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Upon checkout you will see carrier-calculated shipping rates and estimated transit times. All international orders, including Canada, are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International or FedEx International.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of the day on Monday.
*NOTE: During sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 48-72 hours. Shipping time begins once an order is picked up by USPS or FedEx. Transit times DO NOT begin at the completion of ordering. Please be aware of this when placing your order and choosing your shipping method. This applies to all orders including overnight shipping.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Louisiana.
Will I get a tracking number?
Upon completion of processing your order a tracking number will be sent to you.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except to the following countries: Cuba, Indonesia, Italy (Italian customs refuse all cosmetics), Spain (Spain requires individual registration with the Ministry of Health), Thailand, Turkey, Sudan, Syria. We also do not ship to any embargoed countries.
Will I have to pay customs fees, duties or taxes? (For non-US orders only)?
Customs fees, duties and taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to add these costs due to the fact that rates are determined by each individual country. The Crayon Case is not responsible for these charges.
Do you test your products on animals?
The Crayon Case is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow our suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on animals on our behalf. We are proud to be a part of PETA's "Beauty Without Bunnies" Program certifying The Crayon Case as a cruelty-free brand.
Where can I purchase your products?
The Crayon Case products can be purchased from both our online store and our mobile app.
May an order be placed without an account?
Yes, you may place an order without an account and checkout as a guest. Setting up an account with The Crayon Case, though, is beneficial to our customers for several reasons.
How often do you restock merchandise?
We occasionally restock products while other products may be discontinued. If you see a sold out product on our site please submit your email address to be notified if and when we receive a restock.
How can I find out about restocks?
If you are seeking a discontinued product, please see the section regarding our policy on the discontinued merchandise. If it is a sold out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every two weeks.
Can I cancel my order once I make a purchase?
All sales are final. In some cases, orders are shipped before 5-7 business days.
How can I change my address after I place an order?
If you need to change your mailing address after you have placed an order please email customerservice@thecrayoncase.com. Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.
NOTE: Please be aware there is a possibility that an order may get shipped in less than 24 hours. All emails will receive a response within 48 BUSINESS hours. Email responses may get delayed during high volume times.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reship fee listed on our website. The Crayon Case is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS or FedEx. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept the following forms of payment: debit cards, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Afterpay.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
How many items can I buy in one purchase?
There are no limitations on purchasing at this time.
