The Crayon Case is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. We are proud to be apart of the PETA organization.

If you are seeking a discontinued product, please see the section regarding our policy on the discontinued merchandise.
If it is a sold out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every two weeks.
Q. How often do you restock merchandise?
Restocks are done on a bi-weekly basis.
Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?
Orders are not allowed cancellations after 24 hours.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. The Crayon Case is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
